We just purchased a used 10/12 M&M xpress, and are trying to set it up, but have reached a stopping point, because we have a quick question about emergency stop wiring, of course on a saturday!!!
Was wondering if anyone knew of any tech's that work on a saturday, that are knowledgeable in this area.
Thanks!

Re: looking for an American/M&M tech thats available today
Whats the question, I can ask my maintenance director
Re: looking for an American/M&M tech thats available today
right now our batch display says "stop", and we can't get it out of free index mode. Which makes me believe that the press thinks a stop button has been pushed. But they are all reading correctly, and they are all unpushed. Any ideas as to what could be causing this, or which wires we can bypass to see if it's a bad wire?
thanks!

What is the drive system? Servo or pneumatic? A stop error may just be that the indexer is not hitting a stop sensor so it thinks it is mid turn
Re: looking for an American/M&M tech thats available today
it's a geneva index drive.
i thought that to, but i don't think that's the case.
