A good word for Bill Foust - Seritech

United States

After seeing some nightmare stories in posts on here a while back about dealing with brokers I want to give a shout to Bill Foust and Seritech for proving that good used equipment brokers can get you set up with what you need quickly, professionally and at a good price. Our purchase from Bill was just as described and functions perfectly. Buy with confidence from this guy.

Thanks again Bill!

I agree! Bill is a good guy. What you see,is what you get.
I have had deals with Bill, and have friends, who have had deals with Bill, and
not a bad word spoken. Kinda refreshing in these times,in this industry!

Bill is someone you can trust. Not a bad word about him from any of the industry upper level players. You can feel comfortable that what he says is bankable. Good luck Bill.

To the people who have commented on my handling of used equipment deals, thanks again, for the "good words". As in all business "trying to do right" is first step to repeat customers and gaining positive "word of mouth" advertising.

I believe the parts business is a timely venture and that we will be viable source for repair parts for the industry. We will try to do right by printers and hopefully save you some money also. Service and communication with the customer, will be the order of the day.

We are still unloading trailers, just one more to go. Mr. Boarts certainly had the inventory and, he also has a real knowledge of the market with all of his years of serving the industry. Rick has agreed to let me call on him for a generous period of time, if I get stumped on parts applications. He has been a real pleasure to work with through this entire transaction. He has shown himself to be an extremely straightforward and honest man.

We are going to keep AERO as the name (aka: "Crazy Rick's Field of Parts") and the website. The schedule is to go online November 1 (only 45 days behind planned startup).

We have over 50,000 total parts and 9,600 separate SKU's. Lots of commonly used parts for newer machines and a ton of the obscure stuff for the older tanks that just won't quit. I doubt we will say "sorry we don't carry that part" often.

I will keep posting our progress on Digitsmith, as we move towards the launch AERO again.

We are getting close to the re-launch of AERO Parts aka Crazy Rick's Field of Parts. I crashed to DOS system that came with the the business, so a bit of a stumble there. Our inventory is finished and the parts pricing and and website should be finished in the 2 weeks.
