Pre-Regi without carrier sheets

Who hates carrier sheets

Answer: Everybody

MHM has the FPU (Film Positioning Unit) but it then is reliant on a 4 pin system mounted to each screen frame and the MHM system relies on all the printhead screen clamping systems to be perfectly inline with each other (not idea if you need to micro head 2 on this job, head 3 on the next job, and so on, you end up with all the heads being out

M&R uses the Tri-Loc on press jig, but the prepress mess sux (carrier sheets = ugh)

Mustang will be the first company to combine the idea of the MHM "FPU" and the M&R press jig by incorporating it into one of the pallet arms

Tell us again how much you hate carrier sheets

There will definitely be some YouTube videos in the future about this ;)

Hey 244, instead of accusing everyone of being pro-Barnes, why don't you actually contribute something to these forums, like, say something along the lines of :

Carrier sheets are better than FPU systems because (insert reason here)

Please explain how burning two jobs on the same frame can be done with a carrier sheet system over an FPU

Let's all move away from HATE and start moving our industry forward (what do you say?)

Speaking of a MHM Film Positioning Unit
I am down to my last one and want to sell it.
If there are any MHM'ers who would like this wonderful tool,
let me know!

Why don't you contribute something to the customers that have paid YOU money and you haven't delivered as promised?

We all understand you have moved on to the next deal after trashing your last one, but please tell us how you sleep at night?

What Barnes is omitting from his argument is that the Tri-loc is not press dependent like the MHM FPU or this supposed up and coming thing for the Mustang. M&R makes a system that works on any press any where in the world, nothing wrong with that in my mind.

Wow... I'd like to think that was a joke but I believe you are just THAT is delusional!!!

Inkman, these other guys are so negative, they should relax and enjoy the smell of plastisol, life is too short

Mustang is the first company that is incorporating the positive attributes of the MHM FPU and the M&R Tri-Loc to offer a truly complete system :)

The Winston with a shameless promotional plug (awesome) ;)

Tell us your thoughts on how Mustang is combining the benefits of the MHM FPU system and the M&R Tri-Loc
