Head Printer Needed

EXPERIENCED Press Operator Wanted

*MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR COMMERCIAL APPAREL SCREEN PRINTING EXPERIENCE.

Qualifications:
- At least one year of commercial apparel screen printing experience.
- Great communication skills.
- Positive attitude.
- Must be able to work legally in the US and be able to pass a drug test & background check.
- Must be self motivated & hard working. Must be able to show up on time every day and must have a desire to work for a growing company that values quality of life for its employees.
- High attention to detail.
- Team player.

Duties:
- Effectively set up & operate both automatic and manual presses.
- Set up Spot Color, Process Color, and Index Color jobs.
- Ability to trouble shoot issues on press and correct them.
- Know proper dryer settings for different ink types.
- Very high attention to detail and quality control.
- Mix inks as needed.
- Clean, Coat, & Burn Screens.
- Be able to work on feet all day.
- Work well with a team, in a fast past job environment.
- Be available for overtime as needed.
- Keep work area very neat, clean & organized.
- Cleaning and maintenance when needed.
