I am having a hell of a time getting my garments to cure through this dryer. It is only a couple of years old. I was wondering if anyone else has had these problems? My dryer temp is 975 and my belt speed is set to 4. When I run sweatshirts with a white underbase they usually have to go through at least 2 times. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

On our Fusion dryer, we have the temp set at 1010 and the dryer speed at 3.5
We raise the heating elements up when we do sweatshirts and have no problem.
We cut pieces of wood and slide them under the knob for the heating elements to
quickly raise them.

In our business it is up to us to determine correct curing parameters for each and every type of substrate, not everything cures the same way, some take less time in the oven some more, some need more height some less etc. Change in the out side temperatures can also change things, we have different settings for winter versus summer. Fleece with a heavy white print will take more to cure than a white tee with thin color inks.

Our M&R Fusion has a 10 foot heat chamber and 6 panels in it. We run it at 830 degrees on the digital gauge and the belt speed is set to about the second tick on the dial, faster for nylon or polyester. Everything cures great and has for 5 years with this oven. Make sure you keep up on the set screws on the roller, they will come loose and score the shaft, you will also start to hear a clunking sound when it comes loose.
