American Tex Air EEE 48" Belt 20' Dryer

Very clean, simple, reliable dryer

  • 5' in - 10' heat - 5' out
  • Has enough air flow for water based printing
  • Parts readily available from GPI/AWT, Aero or industrial suppliers, most parts are common
  • All electric 3ph 208v
  • 3 IR panels and hot forced air
  • All U shaped finstrip heaters recently replaced
  • One IR panel needs replacment (we ran on a 75a breaker and we didn't need that panel)
  • Needs a new thermocouple for the forced air section. Forced air works perfectly but the readout is incorrect.
  • Manual included
  • belt in/out feed can be loaded on top of chamber for shipping, we can load onto your truck. We can assist with LTL shipping if needed.

Bump. Availability changed to mid-March. Just about any offer will take it!

This dryer handles water based, discharge and plastisol printing well and can keep up with a typical auto and a manual.

Still available! Any offer takes it and we can toss in some copper, breaker and some insulated exhaust. It will be parted out and sent to scrap soon so if you're looking for an all electric with actual forced air for a song, get in touch. So long as the offer is as high as parts+scrap, it's yours.

Parting it out! If anyone would like to purchase or swap for any of the parts, get in touch.

All the U shaped fin strip elements for the forced air section are around 1year old and everything but the temp controller for the forced air section is in perfect working order. All the fuses are new as of 2 years ago and I have the older set as well. Two of the IR panels work perfectly, one does not.

Will do a full or parial +cash barter for c.1992 Gauntlet GT parts, a squeegee sharpener 36" or wider, vacuum station for blowout gun, etc.
