How do you ship this to USA? and what sort of shipping charges you generally associate with this?

I would guess you would be looking at about $4000 to kentucky for both

Interested in either machine...how much to ship to 91730? Are they fully operational? Any heads down? When last serviced? Hoops in good condition? Any software included?
