I just purchased a M&R Economax D Dryer from a private owner. What should the temperature and belt speed be set at to make sure that the ink is properly cured? Thanks.

For normal plastisol printing on t-shirts, a good place to start would be to adjust your IR panels 4" to 5" off the belt and set the temperature at 850 degrees F. All the startup information is contained in the owner's manual. If you didn't get one when you bought the used dryer, contact us at M&R and we can help.
Make sure you do the usual stretch test and wash test before proceeding with production. Good luck with your new dryer!
