Printing & Maintenance
The printing process is quick and easy. First, design the graphic in a graphic design program or use an image supplied by your customer. Next, drag and drop the finished graphic into the SPRINT RIP program, EKprint Studio, and adjust your ink settings.

Send the image to the printer by clicking “Print”, then load the garment on the printer and press “Print” on the SPRINT control panel. Cure the garment on your heat press for 60 to 90 seconds (or your tunnel conveyor dryer, per instructions) to permanently cure the ink to the garment.

Specifications
The AnaJet SPRINT takes up as little as three-square feet in your shop or home. You’ll also need a heat press, placed several feet away from your printer to avoid drying out the print heads from the heat of the press. These two items plus a computer with Windows XP or Vista are all you’ll need to get started.

The SPRINT weighs 82lbs, making it highly portable for a mobile t-shirt printing business. The maximum print size is 12.5” x 16.0” (31.75cm x 40.64cm). Specially formulated AnaBright CMYK and white inks allow you to print on light and dark cotton and cotton-blend garments. AnaJet printers should be operated in an environment with 45-80% humidity.
