For Sale: Screen Printing, Embroidery, Sign and Promotional business in Iowa

We are looking to sell our business. It is time for us to move on and pursue other interests.

We have EVERYTHING you need to run a screen printing business. We have and Anatol Titan 6 station 5 color automatic press (bought in 2010). An old HIX dryer (not a beauty, but gets the job done) We just purchased a 60" belt Percision gas dryer, just have not hooked it up.

We have a 2001 SWF 4 head embroidery machine. We have the hoopmaster hooping system, wide variety of hoops, and the cap system. We also have the Wilcom digitizing software. It is the third level of embroidery studio (around a $4,000) value.

We also have a 54" Roland VerssaCamm (SP-540i) print/cutter (bought in 2012). We also have a 54" Seal cold laminator. We also have tons of media to get you started.

We would like to sell the whole business along with the building. Our building is in the Main Street district in Osceola, Iowa. We have around 2,000 square feet of store-front/work area in the main building, and then we added a 1,500 square foot building. There is also a 1,800 square foot apartment above the store front. This unit covers property taxes and insurance costs.

We have done around $170,000 in business for the last 2 years. We are pretty much a 1-man shop, with 1 part-time person that put in around 25-30 hours a week. There is a lot of room for growth in this area. I personally have had some personal/family issues that has really drained me the last 2 years. So someone with a fire in their belly could easily hit $300,000 in sales.

Anyways, we want to sell the business part with all of the equipment for $85,000 (there is around $45,000 in equipment/software). And the building would be offered at $140,000. So $225,000 for the whole business.
