I have a 15 needle Ricoma, I have searched high and low for a solution to my problem. (Ricoma is no help) and that is an understatement.
My problem is that once the trimmer engages, the machine will not reset to the 100 degree mark. There are no techs within 400 miles from me, and shipping is so high...
I sew and do embroidery for my grandchildren as well as myself. Not a business in anyway. Tried it, but found either feast or famine, mostly famine.
If anyone has ever had a problem similar to this, please let me know.
