Help !!

I have an older Tajima TMFX 4 head machine tried to upgrade to USB from Floppy disk. Have not been able to get it to read the drive. NOW I have a bigger problem. The control panel will not come on NO display, I think I may have damaged something. Where can I get service or repair. PLR Electronics is all I can find. And they don't answer the phone.
Thanks in advance

put back the floppy drive.
check the CPU battery(CPU is the card inside panel ,battery must have 3V .If don t have 3V, change battery) and try to install again the machine software

please tell me what model of USB emulator did you used.

Allison and George Thanks for the help. I put the floppy back in re installed the operating software and it is back in operation. There has got to be a way to put the software on a thumb drive so that a person doesn't have to put the floppy back in to install software. Also how do i change the battery, I see it but looks like it may be attached. DON'T want to break anything.
Thanks again

George to answer your question it is a Richpeace USB i ordered from an embroidery machine service company in Missouri, USA . I am supposed to call them today to see about getting the USB Drive working.

normally if the battery is bad ,IS NOT possible to install the software.
if tomorrow after one night with power off the machine work, the battery is ok.
the battery is welded on CPU board and to change is necessary to take off the CPU card an after battery.

i used Richpeace emulator for TMFX machine and work from 4 years.
but the model of emulator is according with machine model.

the floppy drives used by Tajima (for all machine models) are NOT compatible with PC floppy drives.
the same for emulators.
you can not use an emulator made to replace an PC floppy drive.
PC floppy drives was used for Chinese machines.
