Each G2-125 machine is a state-of-theart, multi-function, stand-alone pad printer, as well as a building block in a scalable pad printing system.

The G2-125 represents a renaissance of pad printing equipment design and engineering; a rethinking of what a pad-printing machine should be, followed by a redesign from the ground up. The plug and play components of the G2-125, enable the machine to perform the following tasks:

- Single color printing with 125 mm ink cup and plate system.
- Two color printing with twin 100 mm ink cup and plate system via pneumatic or servo driven linear indexer.
- Four color printing with 60 mm ink cup and plate system via servo linear indexer.
- Single color long format printing with 85 mm ink cup and transverse cup drive and plate system.
- Automatic pad cleaning tape off unit for single color printing.
- G2-Amp and G2- SMP compatibility.
- Z axis elevator platform of XYR work table.

Integrated Controls
- Touchscreen operator and on-board programmable controller, with complete set of functions for both stand alone and G-2 integrated operations.

Plug an Play Attachments
- Using a standardized electrical, pneumatic and mechanical quick change coupling system, the G2-125 interfaces quickly with a battery of modular part handling systems;
- Motor drive cam actuated turntable (one color printing), 4,6 or 8-position linear part indexer (four-color printing, single fixture station)
- Pneumatic two-position part indexer (two color printing);
- Servo driven four position linear part indexer (four-color printing, single fixture station)
