Is Anyone running an automatic screen washer like a Eco-tex, gruning, CCI or even the Precision machine washer?
Currently we process through about 50-60 screens / day and run a big parts washer to remove ink and a dip tank with SMP. Process is good but we are expanding and looking for options.
If you do have an automatic screen washer are you using it just for ink removal or emulsion also? what chemical are you using? how long is your process time? How clean do the screens actually come out?
