2014 Vastex DB-30 Chamber

For sale is a slightly used chamber for a Vastex DB-30 240v chamber only. There is no conveyor included but you can use it to extend your existing Vastex dryer or we could sell a new conveyor to go along with it to have a full dryer. The dryer was built in 2014 and has been factory tested here at Vastex to be in excellent working condition. There are some minor scuffs and blemishes on the outside of the chamber. We will throw in a 3 year warranty on the chamber. The list price is $1,203 but we are selling it for $1,000. The chamber is available for pickup in Allentown, PA or can be shipped at an additional charge.

The DB-30 chamber will fit on the EC-I chamber. The heater may look offset from the angle of the picture but it is actually centered in the chamber and would line up directly with the EC-I heater. I would recommend adding a 36" conveyor extension to your dryer to have the additional length for another chamber. I will message you directly with shipping information.

We were thinking we would need to add length as well. I don't see the addition on the website. Is there a kit available for the upgrade?

We have have an 18" extension for $205 and a 36" extension for $335. Since the chamber is 20" deep, I would recommend the 36" so you have the extra infeed and outfeed.

The only Caveat is space in my shop. Is the 36" extension just two 18" extension or is it one solid piece. Also, is the conveyor belt length added as well in the upgrade in 2 18" sections or one 36" section?

Lastly, is the price negotiable?

The 36" extension is 2 18" pieces but the belt would be one solid piece for the 36" extension. If you wanted it separate, you could buy two of the 18" extensions or just try it out with one for now.

Hi,

We have an EconoRed I 30" dryer and are looking to add a second chamber. Would they work together. It looks like the element is offset to one side a bit. Is that adjustable? What's the best deal you could do to have it crated and shipped to 46250?
