You either have one of 2 problems. The machine isn't getting 5 volts of power or you have a board problem. You first need to test to make sure the machine is getting 5 volts at the power supply and make sure it is actually holding t.he 5 volts and not spiking to high or too low

If your machine does have 5 volts then it is your color change control board. If you have your parts manual and can get me the part number I may have that one or can get it for you.
I have the same issue but I do not know how to check for voltage or where the board is located. I have looked elsewhere online but have not found any diagrams. Thank you

single tube to change color change control board
my surprise was that other cards stopped working T-1 and T-3
it was just a false connector contact
