We are about to consider a management system that could replace paper based quality with automated quality. We heard that such kind of software includes document control, complaints management and even audits.
By the way, do you think it is a cost effective solution for a company?

It is cost effective and reliable. We have this system in our office. You can check the software online.

Can you site ways that it makes quality management cost effective? I understand that it's a great way to save on time and manpower but what other aspects of the business can you save on when using this type of software?
I did shop around google and the first company that comes up is ETQ. Also read reviews regarding their QMS software and they look promising. You mentioned you're using the same system in your office. Can you happen to share the name of the developer?

ETQ offers various applications that are ISO compliant. So if you're working in an ISO certified company ETQ is your best option.
