Lead Press Operator

This position is for experienced screenprinters only. Minimum 2 years of working as a screenprinter. Auto press experience prefered but not required.

-We work in a fast paced environment that requires attention to detail and quick thinking
-The position will require standing all day, the ability to lift up to 40 lbs., and the ability to keep pace with production schedule!
-We seek an individual who excels at multitasking, is also able to follow and give detailed instructions, and someone who takes the initiative to lead!
-Willing to learn and research new techniques and inks to create better and faster ways to produce great prints.

Duties include, but not limited to:
-Burning Screens
-Reclaiming screens
-Unloading garments
-Loading garments
-Registering artwork
-Pantone matching and color mixing
-Fulfillment
-Packaging
-Shop Organization
-Shop Cleaning
-Anything that is requested

Salary DOE, benefits and relocation bonus after 3 months
