Anyone doing .JEF -- for a price?

Howdy!
We're a library that has access to an MC200E, but not to Janome software capable of converting a graphic to its stitchable .JEF filetype.

It's not a frequent request, but when folks occasionally ask if they can turn a picture into a patch, we'd love to be able to do something other than shrug our shoulders and say, Uhhhhh...

Does anyone offer a service like this: We'd send you a graphic in whatever preferred format, from .ai on down, and you turn it into a .jef? If so, what are typical costs & turnaround?
Looking forward to your responses. Thanks ~

what you're describing sounds like the process of digitizing. that's what I do, and many others that will probably pipe in. if you google "embroidery digitizing", you'll find many. not all digitizers are created equal. there is actually a lot to learn to create a design that stitches well and looks great in the end. if you currently have a file that you'd like a quote on, feel free to email it over and i'd be happy to quote it for you. you can PM me for my email address if you like, or you can visit my website at dixiedesigns.net for more information.

I do JEF format. Have been digitizing and doing embroidery for about 30 years. $15.00 per front design, $20.00 for back designs.
