Hello forums, i was just curious if anyone knew the average hourly pay for a Manual Screen Printer with little experience would be? and what one with a few years experience would be?

I checked payscale.com and it shows an hourly range of $9.65 - $16.59 for Illinois depending on experience. Would $10. an hour be about right for a person with no experience but willing to train? With a moderate raise after 90 days.
