For DTG Printing I think KORNIT AVALANCHE HDK is the best and its cost is around $250,000.

A DTG Printer is a t-shirt printing machine that uses inkjet technology. The Term DTG actually means Direct to Garment. Direct to Garment Printing is self-explanatory. The machine prints Directly on the shirt or other apparel. These machines actually can print on more than t-shirts. They can print on t-shirts, hoodies, onesies, koozies, socks, shoes, hats, Wood, There was also one that was printing pictures on cakes at one point.

This may not be one of those easy questions to answer because it actually depends on on a number of things. For example, what are your business goals? Because what is good for your business may not be the right thing for other peoples businesses.
Remember there are those things that the marketers will tell you but the turth of the matter is - it all goes down to your own business. Here are some facts that you should consider before going for your ideal DTG.

  1. Software “RIPS” - Doer the software that comes with the machine give you freedom with your ink setting? Will it print what is on the screen?
  2. Price
    • Support
    • Maintenance
    • Ink Cost - There are printers out there that do not print white ink. If this function is missing you will not be able to print on dark garments.
    • Print speed

Well, while still at it. Have you heard about the freejet series. Freejet 330TX is literally half the size and half the cost of other DTG printers in the market right now. It is always ready to print and the cleaning system is always clean because it has a no Clog print head docking system. That aside, it can stand idle for weeks without the need for daily maintenance.
