I just signed a lease with a leasing company for an embroidery machine that was repossessed this past week. They told me I would have to arrange for freight shipping. I have no idea how to go about this. Can anyone help me out/direct me to a company they've used as well as in explaining the whole process of getting the embroidery machine from Post, TX, to Tampa, FL safely.

Machine is an Pantograms GS1501 also known as an Avance 1501C with machine stand if that makes a difference

The safest way to get it is if you have a mini van load it up will
supplies for the flooded area unload go pickup you machine
head back home with the feeling you helped out. Also your
machine will have a better ride than in the back of a truck and
you don't have to crate it.
