I have a little over 200 older 23x31 m3 frames. I'd say around 40-45 have mesh on them. Some of these are very clean, while others will need a good wash. Almost all that were in use have smooth channels, and no burrs.
We switched to static frames about a year ago, and these have just been sitting around.
Would break up into lots of 25 if needed. $15ea
$13each if you buy all! and i'll throw in a stretching table!
