Digitizing fabric setting for soft shell jackets

I use Corel Drawings for digitizing and need to embroider some Soft Shell Jackets. Does anyone know what Fabric setting is best to use for this type of jacket? It has a polyester stretch woven outer shell and microfleece inner, so there is some stretch and thickness to the material.

I do not have any samples to practice on either.

Any ideas?
