Pad Printing - manual or automatic?

Aside from the price difference, what are the advantages and disadvantages between manual and automatic pad printers? I do custom embroidery and am just looking into adding pad printing services on the side. Thanks in advance!

A manual is cheaper, but is it really? With an automatic pad printer, basically the operator loads and unloads the items being printed. With a manual pad printer, you will find that it takes more effort and time because you have to do what an automatic pad printer does automatically. If you're not going to be printing regularly, then a manual pad printer is fine. If you're going to be printing day in and day out, it's worth investing in an automatic pad printer. In short, and automatic will enable you to print more and at the same time, physical strain is kept to a minimum. So in the long run, an automatic is cheaper.
