I have a pair of 7.5 HP Schrader Industrial reciprocating air compressors in an A/B configuration with the control box.
Price $2100
They have high efficiency motors on them and are rated for 24 CFM @ 175 PSI EACH!
Each compressor unit has a low oil sensor that will prevent it from running and illuminate a red light on the compressor itself.
Unit A/B are chosen by a switch on the control box and per NEC both units can be on a single circuit provided that only one unit can run at a time. This gives you redundancy.
These are on a custom rack that has industrial casters on it. I will include the spring vibration isolators if you want them as well as the air hoses and the after coolers. The individual power units are mounted on the rack with cork isolators.
I relocated the after coolers to a crude, custom stand that I can put an inexpensive fan on. This provides more airflow to the compressor units and makes it easy to keep the after coolers clean. I doubled the aftercoolers up and they extract 99% of the heat from the compressors reducing the work for a chiller.
These came out of a Discount Tire in the Chicagoland area. The OEM tanks had a defect so DT replaced all of them. The dealer resold the compressor heads and I welded feet on them to safely mount them for vibration isolation.
Schrader is a little cranky on support, but they will support them. The serial numbers are registered to DT.
These are extremely heavy..... probably 1800 pounds together. They can be moved by a couple of guys and a truck with a lift gate, or they can be palletized/crated and shipped.
The price is just for the compressors, aftercoolers, and control box.
I will handle uninstalling them. They are currently under power.
