This 8 pallet two color 3 flash machine is a work horse!
I have owned this piece of equipment for 7 months and its amazing. We were printing 1000s of garments for a clothing company and this made tagging a breeze while relabeling their shirts. We no longer have a need for this machine. Only 1 color was ever used on this 2 color machine, to tag shirts, so the second hydraulic arm and squeegee is brand new. Machine is clean and in practically NEW condition. Retails at $12.5k with a 30% discount, I paid $9650 after crate and shipping costs. Looking for $7650 Local pickup, or buyer pays for crate and shipping. Comes with a variation of different mesh count screens (8-110, 5-156, 2-180, 2-200, 2-300) and I'll throw in the Air compressor thats used for the Hydraulics as well (which is also only 7 months old). Don’t discount this miniature screen printer for its size; the RapidTag is the best choice for printing tagless labels and small-scale jobs. In recent years, the tagless label has steadily become a garment industry standard. Many garment manufacturers are also producing easy-tear removable tags, but still need a printed logo to replace the detached tag. The RapidTag is a quick and easy solution for tagless label printing, offering all the advantages of traditional screen printing—availability of off-the-shelf inks, easy prep procedures, and long-lasting washability—with increased speed and precision.

Print and cure labels or logos in small hard-to-reach places with the RapidTag in seconds without the need of additional equipment. At top speed, the unit can produce 2,000 prints an hour. The RapidTag has a printable space of 4”x5” (100×130 mm) and is conventionally used to print on small sleeve areas, nape of the neck, and on the pocket. However, the RapidTag is capable of printing on a variety of surfaces and items such as bags, gloves, undergarments, socks, swim caps and more.

Combined with its production speed, the RapidTag uses traditional plastisol screen printing ink, which is readily available and less expensive than most other inks. Screen printing ink is nontoxic, nonflammable and requires little mixing or prep, which increases production, efficiency, and safety. Each RapidTag print costs between $0.02 – $0.03 allowing for a minimal setup cost. Prints are also long-lasting and withstand 40 or more washes before fading. Opaque prints can be printed onto both light and dark garments.

2 -color RapidTag machine can have up to 8 stations and 3 curing units too. Optional large and small sizes for squeegees, pallets, and floods are available.
