EXPERIENCE M&R SCREEN PRINTER

We are seeking an Experienced Screen Print Operator to join our team! The preferred Screen Printer will be an energetic, organized and dependable individual who demonstrates a do-what-it-takes attitude towards finishing a job. The qualified candidate will have the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail.

Specific Responsibilities and Required Job Skills:

Must have a minimum of one (3) year previous experience with automatic screen printing ( M&R AUTOMATIC SCREEN PRINTING PRESS PREFERED

Load and set up multi color jobs up to 8 color, including four color process, simulated process, etc
Demonstrated ability to learn and retain knowledge of new skills/technology. Understanding and skill in aspects of production tasks including but not limited to mixing ink colors, finishing printed jobs, prepping screens, etc.
Quality control experience required and high attention to detail
Ability to work with tight deadlines
Maintain a clean & safe work environment
Ability to follow written job instructions
Strong time management skills -- possess a great work ethic
Positive attitude & team oriented
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Must have reliable transportation and driver's license
Required experience:

One (3) year previous experience with a
Manuel screen printing press

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for long periods of time
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk, and stop
The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50lbs

Most important quality we need is someone who can meet our production requirements by being goal oriented... must maintain high quality with speed.
