Does anyone have a useful guide for diagnosing issues? I feel like we still struggle diagnosing production issues from file prep issues. Thread tension and backing vs digitizing issues. How do you educate people in your shop? Thanks!

Re: diagnosing issues with sample
AH the old "he said, she said" issue... machine operator blames digitizing and digitizing blames the operator. Have the digitizer sew the design out. If the design is acceptable then the operator is at fault, no?
Also if you post images on this forum of the front and back of the embroidery I am certain you will get some answers.

Yes, absolutely Robert is correct. If you can get a sample done by the digitizer, you'll get where the fault is.
If need be i send me the file, I'll run a sample. If its not a million stitch.
