I have strong leadership and teaching skills and will do whatever it takes to make sure the job looks its best and is completed on time. I have managed crews from 4 to 50 people and currently manage a crew of 33.

* Oversee the production process including generating a production schedule
* Ensure that the production is cost effective so we can get the max ROI

* Make sure that products are produced on time and are of superior quality

* Determine the number of employees and the material that is needed for each job.

* Estimate ink cost and set the quality standards for each job.

* Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all equipment used.

* Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs.

* Communicate among all departments from the Art department to pre production,to production and finishing and shipping.

* order all materials needed for the screen department , ink , production materials.

* Supervise and motivate the workers while reviewing worker performance and identify training needs

* implement the company’s policies and procedures.

* Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and/or calling for repairs.

* Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

* Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders.

* Document procedures and by completing production forms and quality control forms.

I have a passion for screen printing , some might say I bleed ink , I'm also a
great screen printer or think I am.

I have 28 years in the industry 28 years’ operating M&R equipment manual and auto presses as well as Workhorse presses and Javelin presses as well as some others.

6 years vinyl weeding, masking, and installation.

18 years leading and/or managing/supervising.
