Just wanted to make sure everyone knows about the SCAM, mutoh is running in their contest. The RULES say it is awarded by NEED, what the rules DON'T say is you NEED to be able to pay for the equipment and you NEED new equipment. So if you are opening your 3rd FAST SIGNS franchise location, feel free to enter. you will have a chance, while us POOR TINY sign shops don't.
