I bought the machine with a computer and the BES-100E was installed. The machine runs almost perfect after a 6 hour cleaning and tuning. But the installed Brother software refuses to see the machine. I keep getting an error message of " Please attach your hardware key to the parallel port" And to call the tech support if issue continues. This machine was connected to the computer before I got it and there is old designs in the files that were created by the software. I even have samples stitched on this machine sent by the computer. How do I got about resolving this issue?
