We have a M&R Sprint Dryer with 8' In Feed, 20' Heat, 8' Out Feed. This dryer works perfectly and would be a great for use with Waterbase, Tie Dye, Discharge Inks, Rugs, Towels, Etc... This unit is currently a double burner dryer. We just picked up another 60" Sprint. With this third Sprint we can configure a single triple burner dryer with a total of 32' of heat tunnel, with a combined 1.1 Million BTU's Heat Output with all three burners running.
In the triple configuration the in feed or out feed could be as long as 16' (ideal for several manual presses on the in feed or extended out feed for cooling before folding). Another option would be using a single burner for plastisol and having the additional burners for towels, water based inks or discharge prints.
