Established company, since 1978, looking for Screen Print Production Lead/Manager in the Benton Harbor/St. Joseph area. Must have extensive experience with automatic and manual presses and know how to reclaim screens, burn screens, set up of multi-color jobs and mixing inks. We are looking for an organized team leader to work well with others that can schedule and print jobs accordingly. This person will be in charge of 3-5 production people at any given time.This is a full time position with a growing company offering top compensation based on experience.
Our company utilizes Brown Automatic and manual screen printing equipment as well as a Brown Firefly Dryer.
No seasonal layoffs.
Must have reliable transportation and be quality conscience.
Must be dependable.
We offer paid vacation, sick pay and paid holidays.
M-F 8:30 a.m.-4:30p.m. Occasional extra time and Saturday morning work.
