Mindzai Creative is hiring a Press Operator / Manager in our screen print department. This job requires a full understanding and experience with every aspect of the Screen Printing process. In addition to experience you will need to have a keen attention to detail, the ability to problem solve on the fly, and team leadership skills.
We print with both plastisol and water based inks - SO - experience with discharge printing is needed.
YOU MUST HAVE A MIN OF 2 CONSECUTIVE YEARS RUNNING AN AUTOMATIC PRESS.

We have a 2750sq ft space with a full automatic press, dryer, dark room, wash tank.
We have room for another 10 - 14 color press and a bigger oven.
