Build Your Own DIY Conveyor Parts $100

United States

I have a teflon coated fiberglass conveyor belt measuring 18 inches by 125 inches, dayton electric drive motor and contol box for building your own conveyor dryer via these plans:

http://www.boomstrike.com/component/page,shop.browse/category_id,6/option,com_virtuemart/Itemid,26/

If the link doesn't work search for conveyor dryer plans on google (look for Boomstrike Streetart USA)

My dryer was smaller than the plans, so you will have to modify the plans to build a 5 foot dryer so that the belt will fit. Also the motor in the plans was discontinued so I had to find another one and compensted with a differnt size drive pulley which I'll also include. I paid about $150 for the belt, $80 for the motor and $40 for the contol box, and another 10 for the drive pulley. other than that you can use a flash dryer or get the recommended heat element.

I used my conveyor with a flash dryer for about six months and built up enough made enough cash to purchase a commercial unit so now I'm parting it out and selling harder to get parts as kind of a DIY kit for $100 plus shipping.
