We have been doing business with Pocono screen supply for the past 27 years. Mainly purchasing custom-sized wooden frames.
The phone number on file won't go through. Website seems defunct as well. I guess the writings on the wall. Anyone have any information on this company that may be helpful, or other recommendations for custom wood frames

i got this email from them a few weeks back, but haven't confirmed if it is accurate:
Dear Pocono Screen Customer
We are still open for business making screens and restretches.
Pricing has increased for new frames and restretches.
for a limited time you can get restretches done for the same pricing we had last year.
There will be 15-20% price increase for restretches and approx 30% increase in new frame pricing.

Also have a new manager that has been with the company for 10 years you can contact Carmelo at the

If they're not gone yet, I suspect they will be soon. When their phone number and website quit working, I assumed that they had closed.
I gave up on using them a while back. Seems that what I needed was never in stock. The final straw for me was when they started substituting their low bleed ink (for which no documentation was available) for other products that were out-of-stock, never bothering to tell me that it was incompatible with other inks.
Unfortunately the convenience of them being close to us wasn't enough to overcome the hassle of trying to do business with them.

Brian (The former owner of Pocono Screen) Is my father. I'd like to inform you guys that Pocono Screen supply was sold to new Ownership back in 2012. Its unfortunate to see the negative feelings towards Pocono screen since its been handed to new ownership. The shop was located in Honesdale PA, since 2012 its now in Scranton. Brian still lists equipment here if you are looking to deal with Brian. We are in the process of re launching Serigraph Factory where he personally lists his inventory and ensures the same top notch service that Pocono Screen Supply was known for.
