Growing local and national resort apparel brand looking for an experienced embroidery machine operator to lead our embroidery department. This is a small but growing operation that is located in beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. We are close to the University of Missouri, Kansas City, and St. Louis, and have nationally recognized public schools.
What this position requires:
- Experience in embroidery machine operation and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot design, process and/or machinery issues
- Experience in all types of flat, puff and applique embroidery.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime during peal seasonal demands (up to 10 hours weekly fully compensated as required by law)
- Ability to lead and instruct in-house embroidery machine operators
- Experience and/or ability to assist in development and implementation of a production schedule.
