DTG Printing

we are having a tough time figuring out how to use our brand new DTG Kiosk printer... it works great, but we are just struggling and must be doing something wrong. Could use some advice if anyone has dealt with similar issues...

when we print a design on a white shirt, it comes out great, but after the garment is washed, the design fades on us. Any suggestions on how to ensure the vibrancy stays?

also, when print on darker shirts, we pre-treat the shirt and sometimes we can still see the pre-treatment even after washing...

both these things are unacceptable to customers.... anyone have any suggestions?

i owntwo of these machines and i refuse to print on dark garments the pre treatment is awful and there is NO cure for this i have had a 3 year nightmare with SWF East and my machines i will say though that a cure for your designs fading could be from the following you should wash the garment sin cold water and inside out y9ou should never use bleach or a soap poweder with a bleach additive also we recently upgraded our machines to use the new V02 inks they are much much more vibrant, but we do not run white ink in our machines.
