Machine was sold to you 7 months ago. You came and tested the machine and ran samples; My tech performed another training at your apartment.
You called me 100 times, day and night and after 8pm, asking same questions, I did answer all your questions over and over.
the only thing left is to go do your production: confused:
there is a learning curve, and you need more practice and find a good digitizer.
you also mentioned that you moved your machine to another location, something might have happened during the move.
I'm still willing to help you at no labor cost if you bring the machine to our facility and perform more training.
FYI maybe you need to bring back your partner that use to do your production when he bought the first machine from me six years ago.
