Made these for myself some years ago. Particle board good, solid and flat. White laminate covering should be rmoved and the palllets maybe covered with pallet tape. See the one pallet where I removed all the white laminate. Measurements in photos. Actual thickness of particle board is 5/8 inch. $40.00 each pallet with the brackets for purchase of the set of 12.
