New member seeking advice

Hi!
I am researching what multi head embroidery machine I should add to our business. (Tajima , Barduan , ZSK) I currently have a melco that I’ve put over 100 million stitches on and it’s just not cutting it anymore. We do all kinds of hats and patches and I need something that’s going to be fairly easy to teach employees to operate.
All the advice and help is appreciated.
