We start by serving the local community, from schools, local businesses, to contract printing but we're not stopping there! We are the world-famous Hellzapoppin Circus Sideshow, having captivated audiences with over 3000 performances in 16 countries and earning a spot in Ripley's Believe It Or Not book: Level Up. We are now poised to enter the world of merchandising for world renown touring artists, bands, circuses, and festivals.

Screen Printing,
Color Mixing Magic: Blend inks with precision for vibrant, eye-catching prints.
Press Mastery: Run our 8/10 M&R Diamondback S automatic, our 4/6 Vastex 2000 manual and our 8/8 M&R Workhorse manual presses transforming art into apparel.
Screen Shenanigans: From burning to reclaiming, manage screens to perfection. Plus, mentor an apprentice to keep our operation smooth and focused on quality. At some point when it makes sense, we would like to train an apprentice that will eventually burn and reclaim all of your screens, assist on the Auto, catch and fold, clean the shop and get your orders ready minimum 24 hours in advance to printing. This way when you come to work, all you have to do is focus on the printing!
Quality Control: Ensure every piece we ship out meets our high standards.
Software Savvy: Use TEESOM to manage jobs, communicate with our graphic artists, and occasionally connect with clients.
We're looking for positive charismatic team players and artistic innovators who bring energy and expertise to every project.
Qualifications:
Experience is preferred.
Expertise with diverse inks (plastisol, puff, glitter, etc.,) and techniques (half-tones, registrations, oversize printing, DTF, sublimation, etc.).
Versatile with various materials and tools, thriving in our ever-evolving environment.
Strong problem-solving skills; you're the go-to for troubleshooting.
Experience in graphic design, particularly with Photoshop and Illustrator, isn't strictly required but would be a significant advantage.
Flexibility in a fast-paced, creative setting.

Job Details:
To be 100% transparent, we have been building this business for the past two years from the ground up in our free time. We have everything in place now and all the company infrastructure, marketing materials, websites, permits, etc., are done. We are ready to open our doors. The only thing holding us up now, we need a printer. Once we have a printer, we will start running ads, we need someone that can grow with us. We have all of our marketing in place, websites built, we are ready to rock.

We’re a team of touring artists, often working from the road, and we’re searching for the right person to join our venture. We need someone with a positive, fun personality who brings no baggage, no criminal history, no drugs, no alcohol, and no drama. We’re looking for a skilled screen printer who takes pride in delivering top-notch work without needing constant oversight. You’ll be working in our studio, located on our peaceful tree farm right next to our home in Old Town, Dixie County, Florida. Trust is key for us, so we’re seeking someone reliable and genuine to become part of our small, tight-knit operation.

Our studio is nestled in the heart of Dixie County, a hidden gem known for its stunning natural beauty. Think crystal-clear blue springs, winding beautiful rivers perfect for kayaking, and prime spots for hunting and fishing. We’re just 30 minutes from the Gulf of America, where you can enjoy coastal adventures like boating or a day on the beach. We are two hours from Jacksonville, 2 1/2 hours from Tampa and three hours from Orlando. Dixie County offers a laid-back lifestyle with a rich outdoor scene—think hiking through lush forests, spotting wildlife, or unwinding in a quiet, small-town vibe. It’s a place where you can breathe easy and focus on what you love.

You’ll need to be willing to commute or relocate near Old Town, Dixie County, Florida. Starting as a 1099 contractor, you’ll have the chance to grow with us as we expand, potentially stepping into a full-time role. If this sounds like your kind of gig, we’d love to hear from you!

Pay: competitive hourly rates, we are also considering a percentage split per job which could potentially push rates up to $30 per hour.

Schedule: Flexible 8-hour+ shifts, Monday to Friday, occasional weekend gigs for big projects and extra money.
