Felt Photo Flags

Hi there!!

I need some help. I have a customer who is looking for photo house flags.
They saw them at another school with the seniors of that school's photos on them with the sports they are a part of. I have seen them to as I have a high schooler also.
I am particularly trying to find the felt ones.
Does anyone know where these can be done??
