Triple Crown Products is currently seeking a Screen Print Production Manager to join our growing 2nd Shift Production team. We are seeking a candidate with previous experience in the Textile Screen Printing (manual and automatic) industry. The position is located in our beautiful new facility in Mukwonago, WI.

The Screen Print Production Manager will oversee front-line employees on Second Shift to ensure efficiency and quality in Screen Print operations. MUST HAVE TEXTILE SCREEN PRINTING EXPERIENCE.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Trains front-line employees
Organizes directs and oversees the schedules and work of front-line employees
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy
Duties/Responsibilities:
Must be able to set up and operate Automatic and Manual Screen Printing press for printing on the various garment and apparel styles with other team members
Regularly inspects and evaluates products to ensure that quality standards are being met
Identifies and corrects problems and inefficiencies in process, materials, equipment or skill
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines and best practices including those related to safety and health
Implements procedures and strategies to ensure a safe work environment
Controls workflow scheduling or job tracking using computer database software.
Examines job orders to determine quantities to be printed, stock specifications, colors or special printing instructions
Performs other duties as assigned

Have thorough understanding of safety regulations and policies
Have thorough understanding of production processes, quality control, cost management and other effective manufacturing and distribution techniques.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods (10 hours) of standing and walking through the facility
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
Have visual acuity to inspect products and machinery
Have ability to frequently bend, kneel, crouch and reach
Education and Experience:
Previous experience in Screen Printing is required; at least two years of supervisory experience is preferred.
2nd Shift Hours:
3pm - 1:30am, Monday-Thursday with overtime on Friday
