We have an opening for an experienced Screen Printer. We have an automatic and a manual. (Embroidery to be added soon.) The full scope of duties are required from burning screens, execution of print jobs to reclaiming/coating. The hourly rate is $12/hr. Additional incentives will be added to include an additional $250.00 bonus per quarter based on the achievement of certain performance metrics like:
- Organization of the shop.
- Getting to work on-time.
- Minimal garment loss and print errors; and
- Customer interaction.
