Well established Everett T-Shirt Printing Company needs a Print Shop Production Manager. Must have printing managerial experience. Candidate must be well versed in all stages of production. We are looking for someone who is motivated, positive and has great attention to detail.
Responsibilities include Overseeing:
Providing coaching and direction to the Production team to take action to achieve operational goals.
Schedule and prepare all work for Production Team. Work Closely with Preproduction and Art Staff to insure smooth transition to press.
Very detailed with proofing all printed work, and great attention to quality control
Work in fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines
Plans , identifies, communicates, and delegates appropriate responsibilities and practices to ensure smooth flow of operations
Handle all daily scheduling of orders.
