Owner of one person small sign company located in a north shore suburb of Chicago is looking for person(s) who might be interested in taking over and doing something with it. Current owner has run out of energy over last couple of years and has not actively been selling. Sales have come through referral and customer list.
Work has consisted of vinyl projects on vehicles and shop fronts with some wall and ground sign projects.
Business includes:
1 HP 60" Design Jet Inkjet printer bought new
1 62" Seal Hot/Cold Laminator bought new
Complete (Proprietary) pricing system with many management features
Complete customer list and contacts along with history and art files.
FlexiSign Software older version and registered , but it works.
Previous sign making and design experience would be an advantage.
Equipment and files are in storage, so relocation is not an issue. Customers are generally located in north shore, west and some in city.
