I got a used t-jet 2 for sale, but I can't get the ink to print.. head might be clogged?

Comes with 3 Ink systems
about 1500-1600 worth of DVDs from FastArt
Bunch of shirts like black/white/gray/ringers from gildan and hanes
And whatever extras I have
