Compensation:
$22.00 / hr to $27.00 / hr

Application On Home Base

$22 - $27 Per Hour - Offered pay will reflect experience in:

• Screen printing press operation
• Pre-press
• Team leadership
• Customer contact
• Additional forms of apparel decoration.
• General production processes

In this role the candidate will be responsible for a number of duties which requires someone with strong multitasking abilities, solid communication, and a self-starting, motivated attitude.

We are looking for a qualified candidate to directly support and facilitate the work we specialize in. Promotional custom apparel decoration for businesses, organizations and groups - nationwide. We are a small but fast-growing company. Ideal candidates are team players who are looking to apply their current skill while growing with us.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two (2) years of on press experience
• Held the lead position on a printing press team
• Has working knowledge of pre-press work such as; screen coating, screen
• exposure, ink mixing, etc.

Prefered Hard/Soft Skills:

• Communication to convey information and updates clearly and concisely to customers, employees, suppliers, and vendors.
• Interpersonal and human relations to establish and maintain effective working relationships under the core values of the company and facilitate the future goals of the company.
• Analytical thinking to anticipate, identify, and solve problems efficiently.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Work individually or in teams with changing priorities.
• Client communicating via phone and email as well as in person, the processes and expectations of apparel decoration to customers.
• Apparel Decoration processes including but not limited to: Screen Printing, Heat Transfers, Embroidery, Direct to Garment, and Dye Sublimation.

We offer:

• Full Time - 40 hrs/wk
• Business Hours 8:30am-5pm, Monday-Friday
• After 90 day probationary period - options for benefits (60 for Health
• Insurance, 90 for everything else):

• Paid Vacation Accrual starts after 90 day probationary period.
